Services
IOMicroSystems provides digital engineering services including web design, development, hosting, and related services. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work product created specifically for their project. IOMicroSystems retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the delivery of services.
Payment
Payment terms are defined in project proposals and service agreements. IOMicroSystems typically requires a deposit before work begins. Hosting and maintenance services are billed on a recurring basis as specified in service agreements.
Limitation of Liability
IOMicroSystems liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fees paid for that service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Houston, Harris County, Texas.
